Welcome to Hello Money India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Nature of Services

Hello Money India is a financial services facilitator and aggregator. We do not provide loans, credit cards, insurance, or other financial products directly.

Our role is limited to:

Final approval, pricing, and disbursal of any product is solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution.

2 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • verified Be at least 18 years of age
  • verified Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • verified Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

3 User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • check Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information
  • check Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent details
  • check Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • check Not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

4 Consent & Communication

By submitting your details, you expressly consent to:

  • info Receiving information related to your application, offers, promotions
  • share Sharing of your data with partner financial institutions

This consent overrides any registration under DND/NDNC unless withdrawn in writing.

5. Third-Party Partners

We do not control their approval processes, interest rates, or terms, and are not responsible for delays or rejections made by partners.

6. Fees & Charges

Hello Money India does not charge upfront fees for facilitation. All product interest rates and penalties are set by the lender.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". We don't guarantee approval or uninterrupted access to our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct/indirect damages or losses from partner decisions.

9. Data Protection

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which is integral to these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Hello Money India or its licensors.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations, fraud, or legal non-compliance without prior notice.

12. Modifications

Terms may be updated from time to time; changes are effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
